R&D personnel

Job responsibilities:

1. Under the guidance of the department manager, responsible for the research and development of new products, the specific implementation of approval, and participating in the formulation of relevant production and inspection standards;

2. Participate in the development of selection and inspection standards for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and internal packaging materials.

3. Responsible for collecting and organizing the necessary information for departmental work.

4. Participate in product introduction, training, and approval of process documents, inspection procedures, and operating procedures;

5. Responsible for the management of standards and patents for the company's existing and new products, including application and protection;

6. Participate in project application work related to the company;

7. Develop and implement specific plans based on departmental work plans to ensure the completion of departmental tasks;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, biology, or related fields;

2. I am down-to-earth, diligent and meticulous in my work, with strong analytical skills and a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility.
