Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product self operation and distributor development within the region.
2. Responsible for the investment management and daily management of the department's investment personnel.
3. Develop investment promotion plans and department overall task breakdown plans, and report completion status and reasons for non completion.
4. Timely handle difficult problems encountered by investment promotion personnel, and grasp the customer situation of investment promotion personnel.
5. Responsible for collecting market information, analyzing and conducting research, monitoring market trends, identifying product market potential, and proposing product marketing strategies.
Job requirements:
1. Professional background in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, etc., with at least three years of investment promotion work experience. Experience in medical device consumables investment promotion is preferred.
2. Familiar with the various steps and processes of investment negotiation, possessing the ability to manage, plan, execute, and monitor investment.
3. Familiar with the bidding and tendering work of hospitals, able to independently prepare for small-scale promotional meetings.
4. Able to travel, visit customers regularly, and be responsible for developing, training, and negotiating with distributors in the region.
5. Strong business development and interpersonal communication skills.
